Picasso Digital Media made pioneering steps to bring the world class animation education to India in partnership with Centennial College, Toronto and set up Picasso Centennial Animation College.

In order to address the need of the Indian animation industry for a comprehensive degree program of international standard, Integrated Bachelors Program, BSc has been designed. The inputs for this program were collected from Indian studios involved in outsourcing work/ international projects and industry experts. This program for the first time integrates Indian University degree with an international qualification delivering industry demanded skills in a comprehensive and seamless manner.

This three year programme from Picasso offers certification from Centennial College and trainers from Indian and International animation/gaming studios along with a degree from a UGC recognized university. This programme has a built-in studio internship also.

Student at the end of this 3-year intensive full time programme gains:

  • »  Art & Design Foundation Program from Centennial College, Canada during year I
  • »  Digital Animation Program with International faculty during year II
  • »  Industry Internship in a multimedia/animation studio during year III
  • »  Canadian Academic head from Centennial College during year I.
  • »  UGC recognized degree from Indian University
  • »  Option of credit transfers to Canadian and American Universities at the end of 1st year
  • »  A demo reel comprising of student's own animation film and projects done during various stages of the program. This becomes the passport for a bright career in animation industry for the student.
